Kaiou Michiru (the blue-green haired one), her name means Sea King. She shouts "Neptune Planet Power! Make UP!" to transform into Sailorneptune. In SuperS her transformation call was "Neptune Crystal Power! Make UP!" to transform into Supersailorneptune. Michiru is the carrier of a talisman,the Deep Aqua Mirror. It always shows the truth.

Michiru is dating Haruka (yes, a GIRL, deal with it!) and when Hotaru was reborn into a little girl, she called Michiru "Michiru-Mama" and Haruka "Haruka-Papa". Adorable ne? The four outer senshi all live in a big house together. (Is this true in the anime also?)
