This is Chibi-usa, in the North American dub her name is Reeny (Which is a
stupid, annoying name.)
She is the daughter of Neo-Queen Serenity and Neo-King Endymion. In
Sailormoon R she came to the Past to find the ginzuishou (In the dub,
Imperium Silver Crystal) because the future ginzuishou had been lost and
the kingdom and her mother were in danger.
When she was discovered, Sailormoon had the crystal,
she and the Sailor Senshi went to the future with her to rescue her mother and kingdom. They
met Sailorpluto guarding the gate of time there.
She almost eliminated them, but when she saw Small Lady, (Her name in the
future: Usagi Small Lady Serenity, she calls Sailorpluto Puu.) she stopped
and let them through. There they rescued the queen and found out that
Neo-Queen Serenity is Sailormoon in the future, and
Neo-King Endymion is Tuxedo Kamen's future self!
Naturally when they realized they would have a child together someday, they
started to blush very hard :) Sailormars probably
didn't help them by screaming: "A CHILD??? WHAT DAY, MONTH, YEAR DID THIS
HAPPEN????" or something like that. Then they all went back to the past to
defeat the Black Moon Family.
Before that happened, Wiseman found Chibi-usa and she was turned into Black Lady.
Black Lady even had Chibi-usa's floating ball, Luna-P (in NA, the 'Luna Ball')
Of course, Sailormoon saved Chibi-usa, and she returned to the future...
Until SailormoonS, when she showed up again
because her mother had sent her to the past for training to be a good Senshi
in the future. Her transformation call was the same as
Usagi's first one: "Moon Prism Power! Make UP!"
Until SuperS when it was "Moon Crisis! Make UP!" to turn into
Supersailorchibimoon.

Chibi-Usa's birthday is on June 30th (Cancer). Her blood type is O (Insecure, Emotional). Her favorite colors are red and pink, and her hobby is collecting stuff with bunnies on it. Her strong point is getting people to give her things and her dream is to become a lady. He favorite food is pudding and her least favorite is carrots. Her best subject in school is drawing and her worst is Japanese language. She is scared of being alone in the house. Her birthstone is diamond. Chibi-Usa is best friends with Hotaru, AKA Sailorsaturn.
