How do I join the Coldplaying mailing list?

Coldplaying.com offers a regular mailing for fans to keep up-to-date on changes here at the site, Coldplay news, tour updates, and other info of interest to fans. To subscribe, fill out the form below with your details.

We actively encourage everyone involved in the Coldplay community to send us their views, opinions, music, lyrics, articles, stories. Please mail either Ian or Jenz with your contributions.

I have artwork/photographs/stories/tour reviews to submit - what do I do?

For gig reviews, please make sure you include the venue and date in your review! Also feel free to share your reviews directly with other fans on the messageboard!

We prefer images to be in JPEG or GIF format.

I've found an error on the site - what do I do?

Email [email protected] explaining the problem, and we will look into it ASAP!

I can't access my @coldplaying.zzn.com email account!

If you experience problems with your email account, contact me at [email protected], from another account letting me know the problem. Alternatively click on help or technical on the homepage email feature.

I can't play the audio/video features in the site.

You'll need to have the correct plug-ins installed on your computer. We use both Real Player/Audio and Windows Media, all of which have free players that can be downloaded online.

I have a problem with the messagboard - what do I do?

Your first stop should be the webmaster email . Please explain your problem as completely as possible, and we will endeavour to help you as soon as we can. If it is a problem with your user profile, please include your User Name. There are a variety of problems faced by users, such as how to set the board to store your username and password, how to use the smiley emoticons, and other various bits and pieces - you could post a message to other users on the board itself incase they have the answers for you.
