Q. Do I need a Utopia Boot disc for self boot games?

A. No self boot games play in the dreamcast just as any normal manufactured GD-ROM game.

Q. Why are some games more than others?

A. Some games cost more because they are harder to get, this means the games either takes me more time or money to get in the end costing you more. I make very little profit on most games.

Q. Is this legal?

A. Yes, but only if your are owner of original software. I own every game I have a back up for. I offer these back-ups as a service only. These games are not meant to be used if you have not purchased an original manufactured game. Also review the terms page.

Q. What shipping should I choose if I want my games to arrive safely and quickly?

A. I suggest priority mail for all orders, I use Priority boxes and pack them well with newspaper, and other packing materials.

Q. Do I pay first, or do you send me the games first?

A. I must have payment from you before I ship any games, this is just the way it has to be.

Q. Is this site legitimate? Will I be ripped off?

A. Yes, No please see the Feedback page it has e-mails from my past customers.

Q. Can CD-R's damage my Dreamcast?

A. No, a CD-R can in no way damage your console.

Q. How do I use the Utopia Boot Disc?

A. While Dreamcast is off place Boot disc in console then power it up, let it load. It will then tell you to insert CD, leaving power on open Dreamcast door and insert game disc CD-R then close the door and the game will load. That's it.

Q. Why can't I just send money to your e-mail address from my Pay Pal account?

A. I have a separate premier account under a different e-mail address specifically for this site. That is why I ask for you to wait till I send you a payment request.

Q. Will a boot disc be supplied to me?

A. No, its an extra $4.00 charge however boot disc games are all $4.00 so there will be a savings.

Q. Will you have any special or promotions?

A. Yes, what they are I have not decided. They will be posted on the main page when I have them.

Q. Will you be getting PS2 games?

A. Yes, but not right away they have just got a working MOD Chip so I hear. So in the future I will offer PS2 back-ups when they become available to me.

Q. Will the FAQ be updated?
