Section 1: All payments are in US funds only via www.PayPal.com from your bank account or Visa/Mastercard or cash/money-order via US mail. No refunds or transfers. I am not responsible for lost or broken CD's. Section 2: All orders will be shipped with 12-48 hours from order being placed. USPS mail takes 1-3 days depending on where you live. First class takes 1-5 days depending on where you live. Section 3: CD copies are for back up purposes only. If you do not own the original do not order a copy of a game you do not own. If you purchase these games illegally you choose to do so, I am in no way responsible for you breaking the law. If you do not own original do not buy a back up copy, that way you will have no way of breaking the law. I am selling the games for $4.00 to allow people to back up their own software, I am only supplying the service of buying the CD-R and copying it for them. Section 4: Please understand some games have been found to only work in Dreamcasts manufactured after 6/2000. Most titles will work in any Dreamcast including USA, modified, Asian, Japanese and European. I cannot say this absolute. It appears most games work on any Dreamcast but on some rare occasions the games will work on my US Dreamcast but will not work on someone else's. The reason? No one seems to no. Section 5: All orders of 1 game or less will be charged a $1.00 service fee if using Paypal. This is due to cost PayPal.com charges me. No fee will apply if paying via Money-Order/Cash. Section 6: I hold the right to cancel any order at anytime. If you do follow instructions and/or do not agree to terms I will not sell to you.
