Billions of stars moving through the universe
Drifting aimlessly along on their individual paths
Occasionally, the paths cross
And two are drawn together by unseen forces
Perhaps the personal power of each will attract the other
And they will orbit around each other for eternity
Often, the attraction is so strong they collide, and are
destroyed, or they become one
Sometimes they pass just close enough to affect each other
T he stronger of the two pulls pieces away from the weaker
The one continues it's journey unaffected
The other has been diminished
Surrounded by pieces of itself that cannot escape, yet are
no longer a part of the whole
Love is like that...
