Mina

Mina is loving and caring, like the other scouts, also, she meddles in peoples affairs. [To my disdain] Mina is much like Serena, loud, whiny, boy-struck, ditzy, and (a much more obvious trait) a blonde. Not that being a blonde is bad (to all the blondes out there). Mina is sweet, and hangs around with Artemis.

Sailor Venus

Sailor Venus is a dedicated fighter, as are all of the scouts. Though Mina and Serena are a lot alike, Venus needs no extra motivation to get a move on. Her attacks mainly center on love. There's not much else to say, but that Venus doesn't use her attacks as much as the other scouts. Also, Venus was the last scout to join the inner "senshi" (Moon, Mercury, Mars and Jupiter), she came with the white cat Artemis.
