Sailor Moon
	Queen Beryl	In the future Queen Beryl attacks the Moon Kingdom, which forces Queen Serenity to send her daughter and her companions into the past. Queen Beryl rules the Negaverse; her goal is to conquer the Earth and its universe. However, she needs to retrieve the Imperium Silver Crystal because it is the only weapon able to undo her plans.
	Jedeite	Jadeite's mission is to retrieve energy for the Negaverse. He is the first general of Queen Beryl's, but is killed for failing so many times.
	Neflyte	Neflyte's mission, too, is to retrieve energy for the Negaverse; he uses his powers to multiply the energy of his victims before collecting it. Queen Beryl sends Zoisite to kill him because he, too, failed.
	Zoisite	Zoisite is Queen Beryl's third general.. Zoisite is more responsible for gathering the seven rainbow crystals that will find the Imperium crystal. She is killed for disobeying Queen Beryl.
	Malachite	Malachite is the fourth and strongest of Queen Beryl's generals. He is killed by the Sailor Scouts.
Sailor Moon (R)
	Alan and Ann	Alan and Ann are aliens that feed off of the Doom tree, but because the Doom tree is dying they most look for energy to feed it. In the end, the Doom tree is destroyed, and all but a tiny sprout it left. We find out that Alan and Ann are not really bad, and the Doom tree, regardless of its name, is not a bad tree.
	Wiseman	Wiseman is the force behind sending Ruby to the present day to destroy the future city Crystal Tokyo.
	Rubeus	Rubeus mission is to destroy the future city of Crystal Tokyo, though he passes his missions down to his four sisters. Note: There is an odd relationship between Catsy and Ruby that implies that they are more than brother and sister.
	Catsy	Catsy is very self-conceded and least reliant on her sisters. Sailor Moon helps her become a good girl who sells cosmetics.
	Birdie	Birdy relies on intricate plans to complete a mission. She too is turned good.
	Avery	Avery too is turned good with the aid of Sailor Moon.
	Prisma	Prisma, though obsessed with out doing her younger sister Avery, does not often go on missions. Like her other sisters she is turned good with the help of Sailor Moon.
	Prince Diamond	Prince Diamond is the ruler of the Black Moon Family. In the future he tries to make Neo-Queen Serenity is Queen. He later attempts to capture Rini. When Sailor Moon arrives to his castle he tries to make her his Queen again. He, later, realizes that Wiseman lied to him and had tried to kill Sailor Moon. But, the faithful Diamond, takes the hit himself and dies shortly after in Serena's arms.
	Sapphire	Sapphire is Diamond's younger brother. Sapphire is caught up in a power struggle between Diamond and Wiseman, Sapphire stole a key card that ran the Black Moon Crystal and was regarded by Wiseman and traitor and was killed. Though, while dying Sapphire tells Diamond that Wise man is deceiving him.
	Emerald	Emerald is Ruby's successor. Her plan is to destroy Tokyo with statues of herself that give off atomic blasts. She later returns to the Black Moon and tells Wiseman to make her the Queen. When Wiseman places the tiara on her head she becomes a Dragon. In vengeance, she goes down to earth and attacks the Senshi, but a rose, from Tuxedo Mask, kills her.
	Black Lady	Black Lady is the creation of Wiseman to be the Queen of the Black Moon. Black Lady is Rini, after bad and distorted memories are placed in her mind. But Serena undoes the memories and Rini is returned to her original form.
Sailor Moon (S)
	Professor Tomoe	Professor Tomoe is the head of his lab. He searches for the pure heart crystals and sends out Eudial (his crony) to retrieve potential pure heart crystals.
	Sovereign of Silence	A force that has taken over Hotaru's body. When she takes form she becomes Mistress 9.
	Kaorinite	Professor Tomoe's right hand. I think that she has a thing for the Professor. She is killed after giving Hotaru/Mistress 9/Soverign of Silence Rini/Mini Moon's heart crystal.
	Eudial	Eudial is the first of the Witches 5 to try and collect heart crystals for Tomoe. She has a gun that extracts the heart crystals.
	Mimete	Mimete is Eudial's successor of the Witches 5 after she rigs her breaks causing her to go off and into the water. She collects heart crystals by chasing idols, and has her dimons to sucks the heart crystals from the victims.
	Telulu	Telulu kills (or gets rid of) Mimete by trapping her in a television screen. She's the coolest of the witches 5 (so far). Uses plants to gather heart crystals. She's only around for one episode.
	Vilru	Collects Heart Crystals by using a computer on her wrist. She tried, unsuccessfully, to collect crystals from students who were taking a test to get into Professor Tomoe's school. She, like Telulu, lasts only one episode.
	Cyprine	The last of the witches 5. She divides herself into two, her red counterpart is [I don't know how to spell it but it sounds like] Payroll. She dies by killing herself.
	Pharaoh 90	An evil force Professor Tomoe is trying to resurrect. Pharaoh 90 was destroyed by Sailor Saturn and Super Sailor Moon.
