The stationery here consists of two or more parts. All have at least a graphic and an HTML file.
To preview the stationery click view and a new window will open - showing you what your message would look like.
To use, you will need to first download the zip file containing all parts by clicking download.
Unzip the files into your stationery folder - you can use your own, or add it to the one on your Harddrive at c:\program files\common files\Microsoft shared\stationery.
Now go to the menu bar in OE and choose compose/new message using... and browse to the stationery that you want.
