When one thinks of "BIAS" in the Greek Media, Makis is at the top! It's laughable how NO MATTER WHAT goes wrong in Greece or the world, SOMEHOW Makis will blame it on the US.

A self proclaimed "Communist and proud of it"  has such a hatred for the US that his ability to think rationally makes him look like a little fool every time he spits out anti-American Propaganda.

During the Olympic Doping scandal with the criminal doper Tsekos, Makis blamed the Americans! Tsekos was a "Hero" to Makis. He then claimed that EVERY US athlete was doped up. Unfortunately for poor Makis, the WHOLE WORLD knew that the US tested their athletes BEFORE leaving the US  to avoid any embarrassment  in Athens. They dropped several athletes from the Olympic team, including the #1 female runner. This little FACT escaped this great "investigative" reporter.

Makis has such an inferiority complex with the US that this "kakomiris"  was actually rooting for China to beat the US in Medal totals! 

A China that:

Jails and executes dissidents

Jails and executes practicing Christians

And as the GREAT Communist experiment, has it's people contracting  S.A.R.S. because of their need to eat cats for nutrition. (story1) (story2)

As far as politics is concerned, as most in the Media, "Blame the US First" is his mantra also. Forget the facts, the US did it!

You may ask yourself, where does this hatred for the US come from? All you have to do is to look into Greek history for your answer. EVEN THOUGH 800,000 Greeks died because of the Nazi occupation of Greece (600,000 died from malnutrition), the Communists hate the American liberators. With the Nazi war machine 30 kilometers from London (see Imperialism) the Americans saved Europe and of course Greece. The Communists aren't mad at that, but they feel it is more important that the US (with the UK) quelled the Communist uprising directly after the war so that Greece would have a Democracy instead of being a USSR pawn.

Can you imagine Makis waiting in line for his free loaf of bread with his  commi-coupon?!?! Where would he park his Range Rover? Would he still live in Kolonaki? Most reporters are communists and still hold a grudge against the US because Democracy was "forced" on the Greeks after WWII. Just imagine if Greece was left to the Communists' hands. What would the last 60 years have brought to people like Makis and Kanelli? Let's look at REAL history to get an idea:

1. The USSR starved it's people while they ate Caviar in the Kremlin. Democracy finally crushed this worthless system of Communism. The butcher Stalin killed millions of his own people!

2. ALL former Eastern Block nations are SO HAPPY that they have shed the Communist shackles of the past that they are GREAT US allies now and thankful for great leaders like Ronald Reagan.

3. Cuba is a pathetically poor nation. Blaming the problems there on the US sanctions are foolishly hollow because the REST OF THE WORLD is free to do business with Cuba. So why are they still in poverty? Maybe because this communist country is nothing but a Dictatorship with the devil Castro executing anyone who tries to go to the US for a better life (What a crime!).  

4. Today's China is more capitalist that the US. This capitalist economy is over-heating now and THAT is a major reason that Oil is so very expensive lately (the Chinese demand is driving up the price). Where did their communism go? It died like it did in every other country that tried it until the  hunger in their stomachs drove them to throw that loser system on the garbage heap of history. 

HOW MANY DID
COMMUNIST REGIMES MURDER?   

Get it through your head Maki, communism is dead.

So Maki, why do you hate the US so much? Is it really so bad that you were denied a poverty stricken Communist Greece all these years?

 What a pathetic moron.
