A little bit about me: my name is Rachel, I am 19 years old (5/7/83) and I live in Chester, England. I am anorexic and bulimic, and occasionally bulimarexic. I am also a self-harmer and generally eccentric. Or, if you are cynical, I'm just plain crazy. This is my story, taken from my autobiography which I hope to publish one day.

You might relate to some of what I say; I know when I relate to things sometimes I get upset and angry. Please stop reading if you find your emotions overwhelmed you too much.

Please also be careful not to become triggered by my words. I have tried to be very careful not to be too graphic, but if you are particularly sensitive PLEASE be careful! Please also DO NOT copy any of the things I have done. I am lucky to be alive (although I don't always use the word "lucky"!) and some of the things I have done COULD kill you. Do not attempt them! Don't try this at home!
