First of all, when the user initiates BankCON, he needs to enter the user name and password and choose one of the financial services, such as financial experts, loan and credit approval, personalized banking and etc.

The user can choose the language he is most familiar with in the video conferencing.

If log-in successfully, the user can start the video conferencing. The interface will show the length of time and the number of users in this session.

Come to the end, BankCON has prepared the minutes for the conference and ask the user whether he wants a copy or not. If the user click OK, he can save the minutes in his computer.
