RELATED ZELDA GAMES
There were three games that Nintendo let Philips release for the CD-i. They were Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon, Zelda's Adventure, and Link: The Faces of Evil. All of the games sucked though. They were alot different than traditional Zelda games and had cinema scenes sprinkled throughout. Some even had parts of the game were you played as Princess Zelda. And only one of them was a top down view, the other two were side scrollers. And then there were two totally awesome Zelda games that were only released in Japan on Nintendo's Satellaview service for the Super Famicon. They were BS (I don't know what the BS stands for) Legend of Zelda, and BS Zelda: Ancient Stone Panel. BS Legend of Zelda was a 16-bit Mario All-Stars like remake of the first Legend of Zelda game. It had new dungeons and secrets, among some other things. And The Legend of Zelda: Ancient Stone Panel was a special timed version of SFC (Super Famicon) Zelda, with a feature called "Sound Link", where players competed in real time against each other with guidance from a live voice. There was also some simple Game & Watch games Nintendo released that were mostly just simple little Zelda type games.
