FJG was deprived of his rights in the
EU-(Austria)-lower Austria-district Korneuburg- 
community Ernstbrunn-community eletions

It is a simple breach and robbery of constitutional rights

Article 26(4) B-VG
All men and women which have the austrian citizenship on the
reference day and have completed their eighteenth year of life before the 
1.January of the election year are entitled to be elected.

Entitled to be elected are all according to � 17 entitled to elect which 
have completed the ninetheenth year of life before the 1.January of the 
election year.

The austrian regime parties robbed FJG of his rights and have to be
dissolved according to Article 9(2)(3) of the state Treaty of 
Vienna 1955. We will see if the UNO still supports any discrimination
and robbery of the anti-nazi powers,i.e. the parties in Parliament and of
the liar Schuessel party.
