  The show was put on hiatus on Oct 16th. NBC gave it another try in
  December with a new time-slot - but without success. Subsequently,
  'The Tony Danza Show' was canceled on Dec 12th.

  As a result of the hiatus and cancellation, two scheduled episodes
  (ep.004 and ep.011) were not shown. Episode 005, originally scheduled
  to air on Nov 5th, was postponed and later shown on Dec 3rd.

  Initially, NBC gave a 22-episode commitment but only 14 episode
  were actually produced.
