bought his screenplay "DEADER" (HFA NEWS) and he has been optioned to write other
films including the sequel to The Blair Witch

| Dimension has done a backflip on their genre shift.. "Deader"
will be the first of the Dimension genre new wave (Post Scream 3).. The
film is written by Neal Marshall Stevens and tells a story that focuses
on a young, jaded reporter who works for an underground newspaper. While
investigating a bizarre cult, he stumbles into an alternative reality. Kind
of sounds like C.H.U.D. to me crossed with house 2.. But apparently it is
a Psycho Thriller.. So expect somebody with that Dwight Frye type demor
