When the Romafeller Foundation made it's bid for control of the OZ Society, they proved to be even more violent and oppressive than OZ ever had. As a result, several OZ soldiers native to the colonies broke off to defend their homes. This was the beginning of the Order of the White Fang.

Though it was breifly commanded by the Rebel Gundam pilot Becci Lytre, it was soon overtaken by the command team of Jason Frye and Matt Kelly, two former OZ soldiers who hated each other as much as they hated the Earth. In the end, Matt nearly killed Jason and caused an irreparable rift between them.

With the battleship Scorpio, a more stable, more powerful version of the Libra, they plan to elevate the colonies to the status of rulers through terrorist attacks and random acts of violence on Earth and against OZ
