Dear Parents,
Bunraku Puppets
Bunraku Puppets certainly found a fan in Danielle Leef, aged 6, in Room 8.
She wrote "The Rock Soup story was good and cool. I liked ll the shows. It
was the best I have ever been to. The mop was funny, and the yellow hat was
so funny dancing. I've never had so much fun in my whole, entire life.

Reviewing the charter
This year we are reviewing our Charter document with the Ministry of Education.
Some parts such as the National Education Guidelines and curriculum are set
in legislation but others e.g. ... Mission Statement are ours.
* the way we treat others
* enjoying the learning process
* self improvement
" whakaaro nui ki etahi - consider others enjoy school and seek to improve
ourselves".
Please take a moment to consider our Mission Statement which is based on
the Rotokawa motto and send us your thoughts below.
Do you feel that these ideas are a solid base for our school.
