3D creates effects similar to corrugated and cellular like patterns from
any 2D image. The interesting effects one can achieve with this filter
have endless possibilities, only a few of which you can see on this page.
While the filter allows you to create and save your own presets, it also
comes with 9 of it's own to get you started. The filter is accessed through
a console which allows one to set the stretch of the corrugation or ribbing
etc. as well as shading, bevel and a few others. This filter is freeware
and may be downloaded from the original creators site at: Redfield
