policies in the wider Asian and Pacific context. The changing Eurasian
security policy situation affects by a rapidly growing economy of China
and the reunification with Hong Kong. The natural resources of the Russian
Far East are of interest to the countries of North-East Asia. Stability
and sustainable security in the region are the key issue for global/Asian-Pacific
security policies.
The permanent scanning and monitoring of the
situation in the region complemented with assessment and expertise through
the independent network of security experts from Russia, Japan, China,
South Korea, aims to create a
political, legal, and institutional milieu
to halt the development of destabilising factors, the emergence and escalation
of violence and hostilities. The task is

complementary policies that would enhance regional security and contributing
to the common security order in the Japan Sea-Okhotsk Sea region.
