Activities on the beach continued at a fever pitch. Today was my day to move out of observer-mode into participant. This Aanonymous writer was awarded gold dogtags for hanging on the chinup bar 55 seconds. The Sports Club issued a challenge to bench press half your body weight 15 times. It sounds more impressive if you don't know half of my body weight is 50 lbs. |

There were many autograph opportunities during the day, and Dain Blanton's mother, Jewel even got into the swing of things. I collected the last of my "souvenirs" and headed in to see what promised to be excellent volleyball. |
