History:
"My story is pretty simple really. My entire childhood was spent on one Air Force base or another. We moved around a lot. Mom died of cancer when I was six and dad took it pretty hard. He submerged himself in his work and I was left to kinda fend for myself. We were in Japan at the time and I spent a lot of time watching martial arts films. I became very intrigued by what I saw. I talked my dad into letting me sign up at a local dojo. Being the only white student was difficult enough but I began to progress far faster than anyone else in the class. Sensei Shibuki taught me Karate, Jujutsu and began to teach me Taijutsu. After 6 years my schooling was cut short when my father was reassigned to China. In China I studied Kung Fu with Master Edo. It was only a couple years before we were again moved, this time to Korea. There I learned Tae Kwon Do under the tutelage of Mr. Min. During all these years I still longed for Japan and the expertise of Sensei Shibuki. Finally my prayers were heard and we were off to Japan again. I continued my schooling and soon became nearly a master in my own right. One day when I was on my way home from the dojo six men clad in deep red Ninja garb ambushed me. I gave them a good fight and if not for a lucky sweep by one of there number I would have won. As it turned out one stood poised above me ready to end my life I began wishing I was someplace…anyplace else. Suddenly I was, I found myself back at the dojo lying at Sensei's feet. He took me aside and told me that like himself I was born with power and I must use it wisely and responsibly. My private lessons began, he taught me to use my gifts and about honor. Not long after my dad was reassigned again and we were off to Hawaii. In Hawaii I discovered music and began to play the guitar. Without Sensei or my father looking after me I rebelled and began running with a pretty dangerous crowd. Then I received sensei's letter. He said that I must return to Japan at once, so off I went. I arrived just in time to see Sensei on his death bed. Just before he died he told me that I must rediscover my honor. He also told me who was responsible for his death…The Scarlet Ninja. I began seeking them out but needn't have they were looking for me. In the battle that followed I was severely wounded, my throat slashed. Many of them would never speak or breathe again. After the battle I moved to California with my friend Jay. We are starting a band and it seems to be going well. I have taken Sensei Shibuki's dying words to heart and I now use my powers for the good of mankind as Switch."Appearance: Switch is a handsome muscular man who wears a red Gi top and black pants and boots. His long brown hair is loose and Black goggles cover his eyes.
Personality: Switch combines many conflicting traits, he is honorable and lives by a strict code yet reckless and swashbuckling. He is a gloryhound and loves to prove he is better than other Martial Artists. Switch often goes out of his way to do things the most difficult way so he can feel the adrenaline rush which he loves.
Quote: "Combat is the true test of skill and ability, are you sure you can handle me?"
Tactics: Switch is a good battle tactician and will gauge a situation carefully for others sake. He on the other hand loves to leap into the fray and relish in the excitement of fighting on the edge.
