        Victorian Reform -- under the influence of the British Queen, the Order of Reason becomes the Technocratic Union, other reforms.

        Albert Einstein and the most recent Technocratic Reform -- WWII schism, threat of Axis cold fusion, Einstein's sacrifice-play countermagick dismissing the possibility.  Purging of some corruption within the Union, significant but fairly minimal "house-cleaning".  Protection of remaining corruption causes some Technocrats to lose faith in The Project.

to faeries, they act as Cold Iron does -- presence makes queasy, touch burns on contact
their presence acts as deterrent to mystick magicks (only "Dampener"-types?)

competitive, status-oriented
military associations -- Junior Guard, ROTC, etc.
have stern and restrictive demeanors, but many have repressed mystick or creative sides (duality & Cardinality):
        H Scorpio-souls -- draconic, mystick, dark (these are the most likely to refuse Union alliance or control)
        L Pisces-souls -- artistic, spiritual, reclusive (these are the most likely to submit to the strongest influence)
        D Cancer-souls -- emotional, psychic, defensive (these are most likely to go insane dealing with the dichotomy)
 

TYPES:
        Dampeners: Act as constant countermagick to any mystick effects within a certain nearness to them
        Alarms: Instinctively send out a Psychic "distress signal" whenever mystick magick is in effect near them; unaware?
        Poison Alarms: In addition to the signal, these Saturnines can emit virii, disruptive "vibes", or psychic attacks that affect the mystick that caused the Alarm -- making the mage sick, disoriented, or unconscious until operatives arrive.
