Something Special (added on 25th January)

This is me... well actually I'm trying to establish a home page here and I'm just checking how far I can get this thing working. I'm already up to second draft now. As I started of at this page it turns out that it is best viewed with 800x600 screen settings and

(for me that is Netscape 4.5).

So, as you should have guessed already, the one on the left, that's plain old me. Well old... that's just a matter of opinion of course. If you intend to call 29 old, well then I'm old but I don't think of myself being that way.

After nearly seven years I recently changed jobs and started working as a computer programmer in a company where they do engineering and development (which includes space projects and stuff like that).

I live in a tiny little village in a tiny little country called Belgium (you know the one in Western Europe with Brussels as capital, excellent chocolate and superb beer).

The picture on the left is taken in the Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, US, while passing through, during a vacation last year.

Ok, I admit it... the previous picture wasn't quite clear... I hope this is better.

My main hobbies are

travelling,
hiking
spending quality and fun time with friends
playing computer games
e-mail
indoor soccer
various other interesting and miscellaneous things.

I collect stamps as well, from all over the world. The stamped versions so if you're willing to share, exchange any or, even better (for me then ;o) ) sent me some, please feel free to do so. Contact me and we'll see what we can do about it.

Oh, for those who wonder where Belgium is and what it looks like and stuff... well I'll give it a try and give you an idea on what Belgium is like.
