I don't know what they are exactly, but I have tried to find out. This page provides information of various aspects and how law on the Internet relates to them. Another problem is that the Internet is an international thing and it is relatively impossible at the moment to control everything. The US has control over companies based in the US but their power ends their. This provides many people a safety net from getting in trouble. But people and governments are in the process of preventing that. With this new technology the laws must try to keep up and at the moment, they haven't.
