If I were to choose one thing I would call my passion, it would have to be Ballroom Dancing. I don’t think I’ve ever found a more invigorating, exhausting and more rewarding pursuit (although writing comes in a very close second).

During my four-and-a-half years in Boston, I was a member of the Boston University Ballroom Dance Club, one of the most recognized and *the* fastest growing student organization on campus. I like to think I'm still at least an honorary one. Check out my BUBDC pages.

For those who haven’t been exposed (yet) the sport of Ballroom Dancing has been steadily gaining in popularity over the last five or ten years, particularly with its recognition by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). That’s right, I said the SPORT of Ballroom Dancing, or, as it's officially known, DanceSport. If you want to know what I have to say about Ballroom naysayers, check this out.

Want to see *real* dancing? I’ve got a list of movies with Ballroom Dancing in them.

Want to find that great dance song? Here’s a list of my favorite albums with Ballroom Dance-able music.

Are you a dancer?  Well, I've provided something for you to keep all those steps straight.  Follow this link to an International Style Syllabus.
