* Change the numbers in the songs.
* Find 9 plastic bottles and paint them green. Hang them on the wall to use with the "9 green bottles" song. Painting numbers on the bottles is optional, but it might be a good activity for students to hang the bottles in order.
* A chant to go with the "6 Current Buns" song is:
6 Current buns in the Baker's Shop
Round and Fat with a cherry on the top
Along came Lisa with a cent to spend.
She bought a current bun and took it away.
* Play it to the students.
* Play the student the number song from that music group (In this case, "Five Little Candles") and another that is very different, e.g. "9 Green Bottles".
* See if the students can match the new piece to the correct number.
