Greetings
from the Greater San Diego Academy Home School.
If you have not already done so, please return the elective survey
to us as soon as possible. The new elective classes will be as soon
as we can get a count of interested students in the various opportunities.
As soon as we have a specific day, time for a new class, we will let
you know via our weekly bulletin and here on this web site.
If you have recieved a ballot to elect the new members of our Advisory
Council, please return your ballots promptly. The Advisory Council
is composed of an equal number of parents and staff, and meets quarterly
to advise the Director and staff on program direction. Members serve
a two-year term. Please take the time and vote if you have not already
done so.
Because of an unexpected increase in enrollment, we are in the process
of hiring a new teacher. That is causing a delay in scheduling consultations
for some of our new students. If you have not already recieved a phone
call from a consultant, you will be contacted in the next couple of
days to set up your first consultation and get your materials.
We look forward to seeing each of you in the next few weeks as we
resume our new school year! |
