goddess in Africa, Ororo can generate or disperse all forms of weather,
including, wind, rain, typhoons, flash-floods, lightning, hurricanes, snow,
sleet, hail, you get the idea. Her body automatically adjusts itself to
the surrounding temperature and she can use herself as a lightning rod
to channel lightning through her body.
