Choosing Magneto's path of violence, Toad is a notably ferocious warrior. Small in size but fearsome in appearance, Mortimer Toynbee possesses inhuman speed and agility. Toad's most distinctive feature, however, is the elongated, quick-striking tongue that inspired his name.
It seems the human actor Ray Park has taken a violent path in his movie
roles. In addition to playing the hostile Toad, he brought his acrobatic
style to his portrayal of the villainous Darth Maul in Star Wars: The Phantom
Menace.
