"Hello, nurse, I was asked by Dr. Morris to let him know when my son got here to donate blood" Jane said.
"Please hold, I will page him" the Nurse said.
"Thank you" Jane said.
"Welcome"
"Hello Jane, Is this your other son?" Dr. Morris asked when we walked up to them.
"Yes, Aaron this is Dr. Morris, Doctor this is my son Aaron" Jane said.
"OK, Aaron are you ready?" Dr. Morris asked.
"Yes, sir" Aaron answered.
"OK, lets go" Dr. Morris said.
"Will I see my brother?" Aaron asked.
"Yes" Dr. Morris answered.
*** 3 hours later***
"Mr. Mrs. Carter, Everything went fine, You may go see Aaron and Nick if you wish they are both in room 207" Dr. Morris said.
"Thank you Doctor" Bob replied.
"No problem" He answered.

"Hey Mom, Dad" Aaron said when they walked in.
"Hey hun how are you doing" Jane asked.
"I’m OK, little dizzy, But Mr. Morris said thats normal" Aaron said.
"Dr. Morris hun and yes it is, anything from Nick" Jane asked.
"Yea, He woke up a bit ago, But just fell back asleep" Aaron answered.
"No I didn’t, I’m awake" Nick spoke up.
"Hello Hun, how are you doing" Jane asked.
"Like I’ve been to hell and back, and got shot along the way to hell" Nick answered.
"Nick don’t talk like that" Bob said trying to sound stern.
"Dad, don’t try acting mad I can see you trying not to smile" Nick answered.
"Nick I think your gonna be just fine" Aaron said.
"Yea Air-Boy in time I should be" Nick said.
"How are the others doing?" He asked.
"I’m not sure, Courtney, Last we heard wasn’t doing to good she lost alot of blood in the transfer" Jane said.
"Courtney?" Nick asked.
"Yes, Son, You needed to have blood donated so they could take the bullet out, since you lost to much of your own blood" Bob answered.
"Yea, Courtney and I both had to donate" Aaron said.
"Wow, Thanks, I’ll have to see her when I can and thank her, how about Nikki and Brian?" Nick asked.
"I’m not sure, Want me to check?" Bob asked.
"Please" Nick asked.
"OK, I’ll be back soon" Bob said and left the room.
"Mom, I wanna see Courtney now" Nick said.
"No, you just got out of surgery, your not ready, maybe tomorrow. Jane said.
"Mom, The doctors said I’m doing really good I should be able to get released tonight" Nick said.
"Well, maybe, I’ll go ask now OK" Jane said.
"Thank you" Nick said.
(AN: When my Dad had surgery all 3 times they let him go that night so Nick can get released that early)
