"WHAT!!, KEVIN YOU CAN’T MEAN THAT!" Nick said.

"I can, and I do" Kevin said.

"But, dawg why now, were at a very high point we are finally getting the respect we deserve, and who cares about what critics say, it’s our fans, I don’t want to quit, yea this is hard but we can’t just be quitters Kevin, I won’t, I know we made an agreement that if one wants to quit we all do, but no I can’t and I won’t" Nick said walking out of the room tears coming down his face.

Why are we suspects?" Jen asked.

"Yea, what reason would we have?" Kristen asked.

"Revenge for one, Backstreet got shot at you risked your lives, figured you had nothing to lose by killing N SYNC, since they had the room right next to yours, that made it easy access" The second officer, officer Jackson said.

"Look, we were at the hospital last night" CC said.

"What time did you guys come here?" The first officer, officer Madison said.

"About 3 A.M., The guys were with us until about 4:30 then they went in their own rooms and we all went to sleep, then this morning they said they had to talk to Brian, and would pick us up later and we all would go back to the hospital" Chris said.

"So between 4:30 A.M. and when we came to the door, you can’t prove that you were here" Officer Jackson said.

"No, at 10:30 we went down to the pool, then at 11:30 we ate lunch, then came back up here to get ready to go" CC said.

"OK so 4:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.?" officer Jackson asked.

"I guess" Jen answered.

"Well the shooting accrued at around 5:30 - 6:00 this morning" Officer Madison said.

"Well we didn’t do anything we were sleeping" Kristen said.

"And you wouldn’t have woke up hearing a gun shot" Officer Jackson said.

"I guess not considering we didn’t" Jen said.

"Yea maybe you didn’t wake up when they got shot cause you shot them" Officer Jackson said.

"Enough, Jackson, Who are the guys you kept mentioning, and where are they?" Officer Madison asked.

"Backstreet Boys, Kevin, AJ and Howie, they are at the hospital with Nick and Brian now" Chris said.

"I though Nick got released" Officer Jackson said.

"He did, but he hasn’t left the hospital, Brian Courtney and Nikki are still there and he has been going from Brian and Nikki’s room to Courtney’s room" Kristen said.

"I would be staying there also but they won’t let me" She added.

"Well, we will have to bring Kevin Howie and AJ down also" Officer Madison said.

"Because they are suspects also considering they have no alibi, and N SYNC is the rival group, and they also, could do it for revenge" Officer Jackson said.

"Nick, whats wrong?" Nikki asked as Nick came into Courtney’s room.

"Kevin suggested we should break up" Nick said sitting down on the bed.

"Ohh my god no, YOU CAN’T" Courtney said.

I know, I told him I wasn’t quitting I think the others agree with me, I hope they do" Nick said.

"They better, and even if they do, we won’t let them right, we’ll start a campaign to keep to guys together" Nikki said.

"All us fans" Nikki said.

"Ohh, I hope we can just change Kevin’s mind" Nick said.

"Yea" Courtney agreed

"OK, let go it’s a half hour drive to the jail and it’s 1:45 now" Josh said.

"OK, Lets go" Ally said.

"Hello, I’m here to visit my father Ally said.

" OK, Fill out this piece of paper please" The guard said.

"Hello, I’m here to visit my sister" Josh said walking into the room.

"I’m sorry, No siblings" the guard said.

"Our parents are dead, I have legal custody of her" Josh said showing the papers.

"Ohh, OK, Fill out this piece of paper and hold on" The guard said.

"Whats this for?" Josh asked.

"Their file, Just put your name who your visiting what you are to the person then sign it" She answered.
