"Hey girl, you gave us a scare" Nick said.
"I did?, What happened" She asked.
"They called code blue on ya" Nick said.
"You almost died"
"Wow, Nick be honest with me OK" She said.

"How much longer, Honestly, do I have, Doctors don’t tell me much" She said.
"Maybe a month, if you don’t get a transplant, your at the top of the list" Nick told her.
"Wow, Serious Huh, I hope I get one" She said.

"I’m scared"
"Whys that" Nick asked gently.
"I’m scared of dieing, I don’t want to die, But this is all very scary" She said.
"I know, it must be, But I won’t leave you Courtney, I care about you so do the other guys, You HAVE to get a heart, you can’t die for saving my life, I wouldn’t be able to live with myself is that happened" Nick said.
"Thank you Nick, that means alot to me, I’ve never had close friends who cared so much, your basically a stranger and you care more than my own family" Courtney said.
"Whats that mean, your family don’t care your life in on the line" Nick asked.
"No, I called my mom, right before I guess they called the code blue, she said I deserve this and I should die" Courtney said.
"Damn, thats not right, not right at all"
"I Know, but what can I do, Thats why I said I’m grateful, VERY grateful you guys care so much" Courtney said in tears.
"Shh, It’ll be OK hun, just don’t think about that, worry about getting better" Nick said.
"Thank you Nick, I really couldn’t ask for a better friend than you are being to me"
