"So I take it your Jackie, the one I have to break out." Josh said walking back.
"Um I guess, Now how do I know you?" She asked
"Ally and I met on the Internet and she told me about your little backstreet ordeal, and I decided to help." Josh said.
Jackie was a little taken back that Ally would tell about a plan to murder someone to a stranger online. "So why are you here?"
"IM here to tell you 'bout the plan." Josh said.
"And what play would this be may I ask?" Jackie asked.
"The one where my dad, Steve, Helps you break out." Josh whispered.
"OK IM listening." She said as he began to tell her the plan.

"Hello Mr. Milton, IM Ally and I’M here to figure out how you're gonna break a friend of mine out of CSI."
"And who are you?" Steve asked.
" A friend of Josh's." Ally replied.
"Oh OK, Any friend of my boy's is a friend of mine, So whats the plan Ally?
"K well we're gonna help you get out tonight, and you'll spend the night at my house, So the police won’t find you, Then we'll go to get Jackie out of CSI tomorrow night, Sound like a good plan to you Steve?"
"Sure kid, Now how am I gonna get out of here tonight?" Steve asked.
"Well at night time recess, say your heart is hurting so they take you to medical and when it’s night time pretend to sleep, we will make a distraction around 3:30 AM and you take that time to break out" Ally whispered.
"Sounds good, what are you going to do?" Steve asked.
"You will find out" Ally said.
"I’M sorry everyone visiting time is over" A guard said.
"Bye Daddy I’ll see you soon" Ally said.
"OK sweetheart I love you" Steve said giving Ally a hug.
"Remember 3:30 AM" Ally whispered in his ear.

"Huh? What do you mean under arrest?" AJ asked.
"Yours a suspect to murder, please come with us" Officer Jackson said.
"Murder? who was murdered?" AJ asked.
"Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick of N SYNC" Officer Madison replied.
"When did that happen!?" AJ asked.
"Early this morning between 5:30 and 6:00 AM" Jackson replied.
"Please come with us" Madison said getting the handcuffs out.
"OK, WHOA, hold up, YOUR NOT HANDCUFFING ME" AJ said.
"Yes we are, We have to" Jackson said.
"Why?"
"Because it’s THE LAW" Jackson said.
"AJ do what he says" Nick said.
"Who are you?" Jackson asked.
"Nick Carter" Nick answered.
"And the girl in your arms" Madison asked.
"Nikki, She was one of the girls who ran on stage at the concert we got shot at" Nick answered.
‘All right, Well Mr. Mclean lets go" Madison said putting the handcuffs on AJ.
"Hey AJ they are getting you also" Kevin asked seeing AJ come out of Brian and Nikki’s room with the two officers.
"Yea, I don’t know why, I didn’t know anything about no murder" AJ said.
"Lets go we don’t have all day" Another officer and was watching Kevin and Howie said.
"Yea, yea, I hear ya" AJ muttered.
"What did you say boy!" The officer said.
"I said GET OUT OF MY FACE!" AJ said.
"Chill out AJ!" Kevin warned.
"Lets just go" Madison said.
As soon as they opened the hospital door.
"AJ, KEVIN, HOWIE WHATS GOING ON?"
"DID YOU KNOW ABOUT THE NSYNC MURDER"
"WHY ARE YOU GUYS BEING ARRESTED"
"WHERE ARE THE GIRLS AT"
"HOW ARE BRIAN AND NICK DOING"
"Were not sure, We just found out about the murder, Because for some reason we are suspects, The girls I’M not sure, Nick is doing fine Brian getting better each day" Kevin answered.
"WHY ARE YOU SUSPECTS"
"DID YOU GUYS KILL N SYNC"
"DID YOU HIRE SOMEONE"
"WAS IT BACKSTREET FANS GETTING BACK AT N SYNC FOR WHAT NSYNC FANS DID TO YOU GUYS"
"We are suspects because..... I dunno actually, NO! we didn’t kill them, NO we didn’t hire anyone, We don’t know who killed them or anything about it except for to members were killed this morning" Howie answered.
"OK, Enough lets go, EVERYONE STAND BACK!" Jackson said.
No one moved.
"Dickhead" AJ muttered under his breath.
Officer Jackson pulled out his gun and pointed it at AJ.
