Ever wanted to host a really cool party but didn't know what drinks to serve??? Well, here is a list that will
definately change all that. This isn't a finished list....I will put more up more when I have time. And it would be really
cool if you could send me your favourite bar drinks aswell.

Thanks to all those people who sent in their drinks....
Measures:
30 ml. = 1 oz.
20 ml. = 2/3 oz.
15 ml. = ½ oz.
a dash = 2 or 3 drops
splash = half teaspoon
7 & 7 ~
Ingredients:
1-1/2 ounces Seagram's 7 Blended Whiskey
6 ounces 7-Up (or to fill)
Directions:
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add whiskey, fill with soda and stir.
If desired, garnish with a lemon twist or a slice of orange and a cherry.
Absolute Stress ~
Ingredients:
1 ounce Malibu Rum
1 ounce Absolut Vodka
1/2 ounce Peach Schnapps
2 ounces Cranberry Juice
1 ounce Pineapple Juice
Directions:
Absolute Stress Pour all liquors in, then add juices. Shake well.
Aggravation ~
Ingredients:
1-1/2 ounces Scotch
1/2 ounce Kahlua
1/2 ounce heavy cream
Directions:
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add Scotch and kahlúa. Float cream on top. May be stirred before serving or served with cream floating on top.
Alabama Slammer ~
Ingredients:
1 ounce sloe gin
1 ounce Southern Comfort
3 ounces orange juice -- (or to fill)
1 ounce amaretto
Directions:
Fill a mixing glass with crushed ice. Add sloe gin, Southern Comfort, amaretto, and orange juice.
Shake and strain into shot glasses. Makes about 4 shots.
Angels Kiss ~
Ingredients:
1/4 ounce dark creme de cacao
1/4 ounce creme Yvette
1/4 ounce brandy
1/4 ounce sweet cream
Directions:
Pour ingredients slowly, in order given, into a pony or pousse-cafe glass, being careful not to let ingredients mix. This produces a multi-colored "striped" effect of the liquors. For best results pour each ingredient slowly over a teaspoon held bottom-side up over the glass.
You can achieve the same effect by inserting a glass stirring rod into the glass and then slowly pouring each ingredient down the rod.
Angels Tip ~
Ingredients:
3/4 ounce white creme de cacao
1/4 ounce sweet cream
Directions:
Pour creme de cacao in a pousse-cafe glass. Carefully float cream on top, being careful not to let ingredients mix. (You can float the cream by holding a teaspoon bottom-side up over the glass and pouring the cream slowly over it.)
Float cherry on top of cream (also known as a King Alphonse when you add the cherry
Astronaut ~
Ingredients:
1-1/2 ounces rum
1-1/2 ounces vodka
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
3/4 ounce club soda
Directions:
Mix together.
B & B ~
Ingredients:
1/2 ounce Benedictine
1/2 ounce brandy
Directions:
Pour the Benedictine into a cordial glass. Carefully float the brandy on top by pouring it slowly over a teaspoon turned bottom-side up.
Be careful not to let the ingredients mix.
B - 52 ~
Ingredients:
1 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
1 ounce Kahlua
1 ounce Grand Marnier
Directions:
Fill mixing glass with ice. Add Bailey's, Kahlua, and Grand Marnier. Shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Bahama Mama ~
Ingredients:
1/2 ounce dark rum
1/2 ounce coconut liqueur
1/4 ounce 151-proof rum
1/4 ounce coffee liqueur
juice of 1/2 lemon -- & cut into 2" pieces
4 ounces pineapple juice
Directions:
Combine ingredients and pour over cracked ice in highball glass. Garnish with strawberry or cherry.
Banana Daiquiri ~
Ingredients:
1-1/2 ounces light rum
1 tablespoon triple sec
1/2 ounce lime juice
1 ounce banana liqueur
1/2 banana
1/2 ounce heavy cream
1/2 cup crushed ice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Pour into a sour, champagne, or cocktail glass.
Between The Sheets ~
Ingredients:
1 ounce brandy
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce light rum
1 teaspoon lemon juice
crushed ice
Directions:
Fill mixing glass with crushed ice. Add liquid ingredients. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes
Black Russian ~
Ingredients:
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce Kahlua
Directions:
Fill rocks glass with ice cubes. Add vodka and Kahlua and stir.
Bloody Mary ~
Ingredients:
1-1/2 ounces vodka
3 ounces tomato juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce -- or to taste
1 pinch celery salt -- or to taste
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 stalk celery
1 lime wedge
ice cubes
cracked ice
Directions:
Combine liquid ingredients and seasonings in a mixing glass. Shake with cracked ice and strain into a highball or collins glass filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with celery stalk and wedge of lime.
Blue Hawaii ~
Ingredients:
1 ounce blue Curacao
1/2 ounce dark rum
1/2 ounce light rum
1 ounce orange juice
5 ounces pineapple juice -- (or to fill)
3 ounces crushed ice
Directions:
Pour crushed ice into blender. Add curacao, rum, pineapple juice, and orange juice, and blend until smooth. Pour into beer goblet.
Garnish with an orange slice, pineapple chunk, and cherry on a toothpick.
Blue Margarita ~
Ingredients:
1-1/2 ounces tequilla
1/2 ounce blue curacao
1 ounce lime juice
Directions:
Rub rim of cocktail glass with lime juice. Dip rim in coarse salt. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into glass.
Bob Marley ~
Ingredients:
1 ounce dark rum or Tia Maria
1 ounce pineapple juice
Directions:
Pour rum or Tia Maria in a cordial glass. Float the pineappple juice on top by holding a teaspoon bottom-side up over the glass and pouring the pineapple juice over it slowly.
BushWacker ~
Ingredients:
1 part Malibu Rum
1 part Bacardi Rum
1 part Kahlua
1 part Creme de Cacao
1 part Coco Lopez
1 part Bailey's Irish Cream
Directions:
Put all ingredients in blender, add ice and blend. I find that putting the Kahlua in after all the others have been blended and then mix in the Kahlua seems to keep it from frothing up.
Serve in a tall glass with a straw. Top with whipped cream if desired, but not necessary.
Cape Cod ~
Ingredients:
1-1/2 ounces vodka
5 ounces cranberry juice
Directions:
Pour into highball glass over ice. Stir well. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
Chi Chi ~
Ingredients:
1-1/2 ounces vodka
1-1/2 ounces coconut cream
4 tablespoon crushed pineapple
2 cups crushed ice
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Strain into highball glass or beer goblet and garnish with pineappple slice, orange, and cherry.
NOTE: Crushed pineapple juice canned in its own juice is preferable for a less-sweet drink; use pineapple canned in syrup for a sweeter concoction.
Coral Reef ~
Ingredients:
1 ounce rum
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce grenadine
1 scoop crushed ice
Directions:
A frozen drink that looks as cool as its name.
Combine rum, lemon juice, syrup, grenadine, and ice in a blender until smooth, serve it in a martini glass and garnish with a flower.
