After hearing of several racial incidents at Denny's, aren't we all just getting tired of what goes on there? The service and food is lousy regardless of what skin color you are... and worse of all, if you ARE a person of color - you could be discriminated against!

I am sick of this and I want to spread the word, if you have personally been involved in a racial incident or know someone who has, please send me information. I want to compile a list of racial incidents from all around the country and present this to a higher body (such as the ACLU).

My discussion w/ a Denny's employee

This if from one of the readers which proves that things Denny's past of discrimination has been going on for a long time!

I had a problem with a Denny's in Maryland on route #450 in Landover Maryland. Unfortunately it was back in 1986. I felt so dumb because I sat in Denny's with a friend who was also Black for 1 hour and no one ever served us I never caught on to why until years later. I never got involved with the lawsuit, because I forgot about the entire incident. Do you know of any current lawsuits against this chain? Not necessarily in Maryland but elsewhere? The Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund (AALDEF) is representing a Filipino American male student, a Chinese American female, a Japanese American female, 3 international Japanese students, and a Caucasian male regarding an incident that occurred at Denny’s restaurant on Erie Boulevard, Syracuse, New York on April 11, 1997.
