In order to achieve the desired goal by the objectives of the Council as per the PNCA Act, it has been activating in the past to promoting art and culture and for the uplift of coming generation, the Council has been organizing National Drama Festivals, National and International Exhibitions and programmes in the field of art and culture with the available sources and also the sponsorships.

         Additionally PNCA has setup the following projects working for the orgnization to promoting the art and culture and to share generating the income through theatre, stage plays, dance, music and other functions of out-side parties:-
