THAT is Tsukino Usagi, known in North America as Serena. Her Japanese name means "Bunny of the moon (Tsuki is moon, no is a possesive and Usagi is bunny). In Japan your family name is first.
That's Sailormoon, Usagi's first transformation. To become Sailormoon Usagi calls out "MOON PRISM POWER! MAKE UP!!!" Later prism changed to crystal in Sailormoon R (The second year of the show in Japan) then crystal to cosmic in Sailormoon S (Third year). In Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon S, Usagi Also got another transformation, "Crisis, make UP!" this transformed her into Supersailormoon.
In Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon SuperS (the fourth year) Usagi's transformation was "Moon Crisis, Make UP!" This transformation was done along with Chibi-usa They transformed into Supersailormoon and Supersailorchibimoon.
In the fifth (and final) year, Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon Sailorstars, Usagi used "Moon Eternal Make UP!" to transform into Eternalsailormoon.
Sailormoon had many powers over the years

"Moon Tiara, Action!" For this power, she threw her tiara.(In North America, "Moon Tiara, Magic!")
"Moon Healing, Escalation!" She used the Moon Stick with this power.(In North America, "Moon Healing Activation!" and the Moon Stick is called the Cresent Moon Wand.)
"Moon Princess, Halation!" The Cuty Moon Rod wad used for this one.(Sailormoon R, and in NA, "Moon Scepter, Elimination!" and the Moon Rod was the Moon Sceptre.)
"Moon Spiral Heart ATTACK!" (Sailormoon S)
"Rainbow Moon Heart Ache!" (Sailormoon S)
"Moon Gorgeous Meditation!" (SuperS)
"Starlight Honeymoon Therapy KISS!" (Sailorstars)
"Silver Moon, Crystal Power KISS!" (Sailorstars)
There is other attacks, "Sailormoon Kick" and "Sailormoon Body Attack"
She also uses the Disguise Pen to transform and hide her identity with "Moon Power". She used it to be a Kindergarten teacher, a bus attendant, a bride and some things I can't remember right now. In NA the pen is the Luna Pen, and she says "Disguise Power, turn me into...whatever".
Usagi-chan has a pet cat named Luna. Luna was the one who awakened Sailormoon and gave her her first tranformation brooch.
Usagi's favorite food is ice cream and she hates carrots (how ironic!). Her hobby is eating cake and her dream is to be a bride. She is scared of dentists, and ghosts. Her favorite school subject is Home Economics, and her worst is math and English. Her strong points are brown-nosing and crying :) Her birthday is June 30th (Cancer) and her blood type is O (insecure, emotional). Her favorite color is white and her birthstone is diamond. In Sailormoon R, Usagi met a little girl named Usagi(!) they called her Chibi-Usa (Chibi means little) and later they found out she was her and Mamoru's (her boyfreind/Tuxedo Kamen) daughter from the future.
