Fuyustuki Kouzou
Fuyutsuki Kouzou was a professor, and he knew Ikari Yui. Through her he met
Rokubungi Gendou. Gendou invited him to join Gehrin, the old name for NERV.
Fuyutsuki is second in command of NERV.
