 About Watercolors | Even though I've tried many different media, I find I never get the neatness and detail that I get in watercolors. I have done a few oil paintings (given away) as well as pastels, prisma colors, charcoal and pencil, but I just find watercolors the most convenient. I started working in water colors back when my children were very small. It wasn't a good idea to have oil paints and toxic chemicals, not to mention a work of art that takes days to dry around tiny curious fingers! | |
