Natex Enterprises has been able to turn a low quality, poorly managed sporting goods company, into  a producer of a top quality producer of very marketable sporting goods in the two years since the takeover.  

Natex has been able to achieve this outstanding record because of the company continually focusing on our factory technology levels, employee efficiently and our brand awareness in the market. The figures show that over the past two years the efficiency of the now five factories that NATEX are running are operating at an industry leading 100%. This factor is due to our implementation and continuation of the quality management systems and advanced technology levels that we have in place.  

Natex was able to wipe out a Au $4.4 million overdraft and turn a profit with the fist year of trading. This showed the potential for growth of our company in the market and also the markets confidence in us. NATEX put this down to management's continual commitment to the democratic leadership, which saw all board members able to provide input for a solution before any decisions that may effect the company were made. Since implementing this style of leadership we have seen Natex move from strength to strength in all key areas.  

To this date Natex has made an Au $10 million net profit. At this point, the majority of our profits are going to be reinvested back into the company, where we have recognised a need to diversify the company so as to ensure the strong growth that we has so far been experiencing. We also are aware of the need to keep our shareholders happy and so in accordance have been issuing generous dividends, which at present are at Au $0.50. We feel our ever increasing share price (see balance sheet) is a very strong indicator of the success and confidence that the market has in us and our prospects for the future.
