Post Contract Services

During the implementation of the Contract our scope may include all or part of the following:-

Site Supervision activities

Daily Site Management/Supervision and inspections of all the work in progress.

Set up and monitor controls procedures for Site Safety, Quality Controls and Health and Safety for the workforce.

Implement both weekly and monthly progress meetings.

Set up 'Requests for Approvals', 'Inspections' and similar procedures. These procedures would also include Specialists and Sub-Contractors.

Prepare monthly reports for the Client showing the current progress of the Contract, a forecast of any changes authorized to that date and highlighting any issues that require his attention or action.

Contract and Progress Payments

Strictly monitor and apply the Terms and Conditions of the Contract.

Prepare and certify monthly progress payments due to the Contractor and for any other contracted Specialist Companies .

Measure and value any authorized changes to the Contract.

Prepare the Final Accounts and certify the final payments due to the Contractors.

Review and advise the Client in respect of any additional Claims received from the Contractors. In all cases, recommendations would be based only upon the Terms of the Contract.
