Services for Contractors

Whilst we are able to provide most of the earlier described services for Building and Civil Engineering  Contractors, our assistance is usually required for only:-

Bills of Quantity and  Bid Estimates

Preparation of Bills of Quantity.

Estimating for Building, Civil Engineering and Marine Projects.

General Quantity Surveying services including Progress Claims, Variations and Change Orders, re-measurement and valuation of the Final Account and the settlement of Sub-Contractors Accounts.

Preparation, submission and the settlement of Insurance Claims.

Fully descriptive Bills of Quantity will be provided both in hard copy and on diskettes. We would provide this information in Excel Format but can if  time is available, use the Contractors own estimating software. The Bills of Quantity will be supported by the relevant measurements and calculations.

Analytical pricing of the Bids would be undertaken together with separate calculations for the Head Office and Site Administration Costs. These may also include risk and currency calculations depending upon the nature and location of the Project.

Contract Pre-Qualification Documents and Contractual Claims

Preparation of Contract Pre-Qualification Documents.

Assistance in the preparation of Contractual Claims and claims for an extension to the Contract duration.

We have extensive experience in preparing both Contract Pre-Qualification Documents and Contractual Claims. These last two items are  very detailed in their nature and we would require assistance from the Contractor to provide us with the essential background information and  documentation.

Travel outside Thailand

For the preparation of Bids, Contractual Claims and similar work, we are willing to travel to any Country in South East Asia.  Work undertaken outside Thailand would normally be charged at an agreed daily rate commencing on the day of departure until the day of return plus travel, hotel, visa and similar expenses at cost.
