 Blur-Radial Blur
See Blur Effect    See Blur Effect
  1. Duplicate the Image:
    (Image --> Duplicate --> OK).
  2. Open the Radial Blur Dialog Box:
    (Filter --> Blur --> Radial Blur).
  3. Drag the Amount to 100. The Amount setting varies from 1-100. This parameter controls the intensity of the effect and specifies how much blurring occurs.
  4. Click the Zoom button for Blur Method.
  5. Next, set the Blur Quality to Good. Draft or Good are usually sufficient; Best is exceptionally slow to compute.
  6. Click OK.
 Distort Filter-ZigZag
See ZigZag Effect    See ZigZag Effect
  1. Duplicate the Image:
    (Image --> Duplicate --> OK).
  2. Open the ZigZag Filter dialog box:
    (Filter --> Distort --> ZigZag).
  3. Set Amount to 48
    The Amount setting varies from -100 to +100%, controlling the direction and elevation of the ridge. A negative number ridges in where a positive setting ridges out.
  4. Set Ridges to 13
    The Ridges can vary from 1% to 20%. This controls the amount of rings in the final effect.
  5. Select Style: Out from center
    The pull of the effect is strongest along the four main "arms" right at the center of the filter in "Out from Center" Style.
