She desperately tries to get her parents to think over their decision,
to no avail. The first day then quite lives up to her expections (she
clashes with a snobbish student as well as find her Crenshaw education
questioned), and trying to return to Crenshaw she learns that she isn't
that missed as the others made her believe before.

Refused to be part of C.P.Q. as singer, Moesha makes herself manager of
the band. Her first coup is that C.P.Q.'s song is played on the radio -
with mixed results: while the listeners said 'Top' to the song, C.P.Q.
gets a letter from Morris Day's attorney with the request to drop the
part with Day's 'resampled' - read: stolen - song. And that just when
a lucrative record deal is looming. Dee forgot the first date she had

neglects the party for Andell's 30th birthday - which she initiated -
