- A users status is symbolized by a colored ‘X’ over the icon
- A green ‘X’ means the user is not yet activated but the username is reserved
- A yellow ‘X’ means the account is locked
- A red ‘X’ means the user is past their inactivation date
- Active users have no ‘X’
- You can also choose to only view certain users based on their status
