The bug has an interesting history. It was fixed by Pat at one point,
when he still maintained the source. But when the code was passed on to
John Price, the bug reappeared! John, et al., are working on the bug,
but we don't have a fix right now. Probably you'll see some major
improvements when RxDOS is merged into the FreeDOS code base. Until
then, I wouldn't use FreeDOS on anything larger than 512MB.
