LOL! I lied again...
Man, I seriously thought I would have made some headway with my PS2/PC site. But, alas, I have not. It's pretty disapppointing and discouraging, to say the least. My C++ skillz are pretty basic (I blame it on my teacher for the last 3 cycles of the year...no names will be given), I haven't written a videogame review in over a year, I don't remember much of the JavaScript I "taught" myself. However, some good did come out of the long wait: I finally got DSL, and now I'm able to get all the free software and what have you I want MUCH faster than before.

I'm writing this update with the new, and pretty cool, but takes-some-getting-used-to, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX. I figure my new site, which will be about everything -- probably some game, music, and book reviews, CDs I own (legally & illegally), games I own (legally & illegally), books I own (legally, physically and/or illegally), what I'm doing, my life in college, my interests -- you know, the whole "My Homepage" thing haha. I always said I didn't want to ever have to create one of those sites again (after having to for a class in HS during Junior year...it was hell). I guess I will be eating those words.

However -- and I do really mean it when I say "however" -- this site will be up before the summer is over. Probably not fully functional, but the basis and everything will pretty much be in place. Once I start college (will tell all of you wonderful fans in the site) I will probably host the site (as a mirror?) on FortuneCity and @ the college server (we get 100 MB of space...just like FC..cool, huh? ha).

Not much else to say...I mean not like anyone actually reads this stuff except me. Alright, I'm off to get more work done...err start working on the new layout for the site. And trust me: I really am this time.

Sheeesh! It's been a while, has it not?
It's been over nine -- yes, NINE -- months since I last updated. And that wasn't even a real update. In fact the past two "updates" weren't really updates, they were more like progress reports on my educating myself. Ha. Well, here is another update: I still haven't really learned JavaScript or more DHTML or XML or any other web-based technological advance or whathave you. That's cause I've been learning how to program in C++. Anyway, this site is now officially *dead* just like our beloved Sega Dreamcast.
But don't fret: my game review/news goodness will continue, but now for the competition. I'm currently developing a new layout and whatever for the new PS2/PC gaming site. What a combo, huh? It'll be better than DCO. Read why here. See ya guys later. Definitely, and you can hold me to that, the new PS2/PC site will be up and running before the summer; hopefully by the end of April.
