Q: How do you get your Primary Source FREEMAN Documents?
A: The source documents used in the newsletter and in the Repository are submitted by the readers of the newsletter. Those readers who do not have access to a scanner may even submit the data to Cousin Doug who will scan it and return the document(s).
Q: How is the "Link of the Month" selected?
A: Each month 3 sites will be selected by the staff of The Freeman Respository and then each reader may submit their choice for Link of the Month. Readers may also submit other sites for Link of the Month as long as the site contains surname FREEMAN information and is not a "commerical" site.
Q: I noticed that you like the word "FREE" in your newsletter pages, Why is that?
A: Sharing information with other researchers is a primary goal of this site and newsletter. Many of us are nickeled and dimed to death and anytime anyone can get something of value for FREE to assist in the research of our ancestors the newsletter will let you know about it.
