Now that I got your attention let me inform you of a great site for training that is located right in some familar territory. The site is located along side our mailing lists host at ROOTS WEB. The training site at the current time does not have an easy to locate link from the Home Page of ROOTS WEB nor is there any indication that classes are being given but, thats why we have a newsletter.

The Instructor for the courses is Diana Hanson, B.A. History, M.A. Future Studies, Accredited Genealogist.

The only title on the page at the site is FREE GENEALOGY CLASSES. I have listed information right from the web site:

Below are listed several free genealogy classes which are open to the public. The only requirement is a desire to learn! The classes are free, online, and self paced. Just start at the beginning and work your way through, one at a time, at your own speed.
